1. Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the creator ("Developer") of the Multiple URL Opener extension ("Extension"). By installing or using this Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Grant of License
The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for personal or commercial use in compliance with this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Ownership
The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in the Extension, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the User ownership of the Extension.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance. The User assumes all responsibility for using the Extension.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and cease using the Extension.
8. Updates
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify the Extension and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
