QR Code Rabbit – End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the publisher of QR Code Rabbit (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the QR Code Rabbit browser extension (“Software”).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal or internal use.

2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software, except as allowed by applicable law.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, except for the rights granted in this EULA. Third-party libraries included with the Software remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Privacy
QR generation, scan history, and scanned images stay on your device. We do not collect or transmit that data.

5. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination
This license ends if you stop using the Software or if you breach this EULA. On termination, you must uninstall the Software.

8. Opera terms
If any part of this EULA conflicts with Opera’s Add-ons Terms of Service, Opera’s terms take precedence.
