Bespoke is a telehealth-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which means that we fight depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health conditions at home. To do so, we create individualized treatment plans for each patient that may include group support sessions, virtually guided ketamine journeys, mindfulness mediation, and immersive one-on-one therapy appointments using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, or eye movement rapid desensitization therapy–all online.
