BUP UCAM Extension Privacy Policy

BUP UCAM Extension does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal data.

The extension runs locally in the user's browser on matching BUP UCAM portal pages. It reads visible page content only to provide its features, including evaluation quick-select controls, in-course mark planning, final exam estimate calculations, and attendance present percentage indicators.

The extension does not send page data, account data, attendance data, marks, location data, browsing history, or any other user information to any external server.

The extension does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, cookies, remote logging, or third-party data collection services.

Any calculations shown by the extension are performed locally in the browser. Temporary manual marks entered by the user are kept only in the current browser page session and are not uploaded or shared.

The extension requests access only to matching BUP portal pages under bup.edu.bd so it can enhance those pages. It does not access unrelated websites.

If the extension is removed from the browser, all locally running extension behavior stops immediately.
