To customize interval, choose "Customize intervals.." from context menu, enter desired intervals with space as delimiter, and press "Save".
Currently update intervals doesn't saved after session restore (closed/crashed browser) due to API limitations. Probably it would be fixed after introduction of chrome.session API.
