GitHub Hovercard

By default GitHub Hovercard automatically works on github.com. Additional domains can be set in the extension options (to support GitHub Enterprise).

GitHub API has a limitation to prevent frequent requests for unauthorized user. When request frequency reaches the limit, user can provide a private access token to get a higher limit following the instruction of the extension UI.
