Filter request headers

This extension allows you to block certain values from http request headers in order to achieve more privacy.

You can block:
- The user agent string
- The referrer
- Cookies (sent & received)
- ETag (sent & received)

Note that that servers can store cookies on your machine in various ways. This extension blocks storage of cookies sent in the http header but cannot block storage of cookies via javascript. However: cookies are never sent back to the server, no matter which method was used to store them on your machine.
