Would you like to see Alexa-style if the websites you visit are hosted green or grey? The Green Web add-on shows you the green (or not so green) status of a website with a simple grey or green smiley in the right edge of the adress bar.
On searching with Google, Yahoo, Bing or Ecosia your search results will be automatically checked and a simple grey or green smiley on the left of the searchresult will show the result.
Starting with version 1.3.0 it's possible to have all external links on every page checked and underlined if green.
If you find a bug or have information on sites that should be green or grey and are not, please contact us by e-mail. For some country domains we don't have enough data yet to say anything usefull at the moment. If you can help us with any information regarding green hosting companies, please contact us.
