This license agreement governs your use of the "Easy Twitter / X Share" Chromium Extension (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
**1. Grant of License:**
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Akuma no Tsubasa grants you a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license** to use the Software solely for your **personal, non-commercial purposes**.
This license allows you to:
* Install and use the Software on Chromium-based web browsers.
* Utilize the Software's features and functionalities as intended.
* Configure the Software through the provided options and settings interface within the extension.
**2. Restrictions:**
You are **expressly prohibited** from performing any of the following actions without prior written consent from Akuma no Tsubasa:
* **Redistribution:** You may not distribute, share, sublicense, or make the Software available to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the extension files directly, uploading it to third-party extension stores, or making it available for download elsewhere.
* **Modification:** You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon the Software, its source code, or any part thereof. This includes altering the extension files, scripts, or any other components.
* **Commercial Use:** You may not use the Software for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

**3. Ownership:**

IN NO EVENT SHALL Akuma no Tsubasa BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
**6. Termination:**
This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the restrictions set forth in Section 2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and remove it from your systems.
**7. Governing Law:**
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
**8. Entire Agreement:**
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Akuma no Tsubasa concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the Software.
